This is Session 1. In this first Session, you will learn all about working safely and hygienically in a cooking environment – we will cover the following topics:
- How individuals can keep themselves safe and hygienic when preparing and cooking food.
- How to keep the cooking environment safe and hygienic.
- Hazards that may exist in the cooking environment and how to minimise the risk of harm being caused.
